The newsletter Castilla y León official of December 26, 2009 published Decree Law 3 / 2009 of 23 December, on measures to boost the activities in Castilla y León Services , in order to adapt legislation to the new regional character legislative framework for free access to activities and exercising.
From our point of view, without wishing to be exhaustive, we highlight some points of interest.
substantially Amendment Act 8 / 1997 of 8 July, the Professional Associations of Castilla y León , forcing, for example, to dispose of page web and stop service, issuing an annual report of the activities or have a visa service of the professional work performed by its collegiate .(¿?)
Amends Law 11/2003 of 8 April, Environmental prevention of Castilla y León . Particularly noteworthy is the deletion of paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 47, which established the technical requirements and equipment editors of Environmental Impact Studies, going to have a single paragraph that states that studies environmental impact must be made by writers who possess the qualifications, skills and experience enough. Seems to understand already known are not necessary Impact Assessment courses and accreditation assessment teams for the preparation of studies.
Amends Law 5 / 2009, dated June 4, Noise Castilla y León, establishing new conditions of Supreme Acoustic Assessment (SEA) for the exercise of their activity.
Amends Law 3 / 1990 of March 16, Industrial Safety Castilla y León, directly repealing sections 8 and 9. These articles set out the conditions that the inspection agencies and regulatory control should have to do work inspection and control.
